Pandemic Response Handbook
Dear Parents, Guardians and students,
As the District Task Force created a framework to move us all forward together, there are many nuances to consider in keeping our population of students safe and healthy. This Pandemic Response Handbook outlines our current thinking about expectations, procedure, and guidelines that the Ray School will follow, reflecting the guidance of the SAU70 framework. We know that safe and healthy operation of the school requires constant review and response to guidelines that are released by our town, New Hampshire Department of Education (NHDOE), New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services (NHDHHS), and Centers for Disease Control (CDC). We continue to have the support and guidance of our consulting physicians, and we will modify, edit, and revise this document as necessary during the course of the year.
What you will read represents our current thinking based on science and data, and overall you will notice a return to a more “normal” school environment.
I once again offer my deepest gratitude to our SAU and SAU Task force, all Ray staff, our community, school board, our consulting physicians, and our families over the past years as we create a new normal, together.
